How a booking works

  1. Your addresses and your date. Give the exact pick-up point — airport and terminal, train station, port, hotel or street number — then the time you want.
  2. Your vehicle and its price. The classes that suit your passengers and your suitcases appear with their fixed price: VAT, tolls, luggage and free waiting time included.
  3. Payment, and that is that. Bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a certified banking page. The price is locked: it does not change, whatever the traffic or the hour.

Free waiting time: 60 minutes after the actual landing — your flight is tracked and the pick-up time adjusts — and 15 minutes at an address. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, refunded in full. Book online at least 3 hours ahead.
