Which airports does Novalia serve?
We cover the major French airports — Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais, Nice, Marseille, Lyon, Basel-Mulhouse, Toulouse, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lille, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Biarritz, Corsica — as well as Geneva and the Alpine airports. For an airport that is not on the list, ask for a quote: we reply within 2 h.
How much does an airport transfer cost?
From Nice Airport, from €38.22 including VAT for the whole vehicle: central Nice from €48, Cannes from €81.02, Monaco from €94.10. For other airports, your journey is priced individually: we send you a firm, all-inclusive price within 2 hours.
Does the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track your flight number: the pick-up time follows the actual landing time, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
How do I find my chauffeur on arrival?
He waits in the arrivals hall, past baggage reclaim, with a board bearing your name. His first name and phone number are sent to you before the journey.
Can the price change after booking?
No. The price shown is calculated for your exact journey, then signed: it cannot change. Tolls, VAT, luggage and free waiting time are included.
