Business accounts
How do I open a business account?
Choose the page that matches your business, fill in the form (two minutes) and create your password. We approve the account within 24 working hours, then you book online at your account rate.
Is there a subscription or a commitment?
No. The account is free and with no commitment: you only pay for the journeys you book.
Can Novalia be connected to our booking system?
Yes, an API is available for partners who book regularly. Describe what you need in the form or by e-mail, and we will send you the documentation and a test key.
Do you invoice per journey or monthly?
Both. By default each journey is paid online; a single monthly invoice can be set up once the account is approved.
Are you a chauffeur or a fleet operator?
Novalia passes journeys to partner chauffeurs in France and across Europe every day. You keep your company, your vehicles and your independence: we bring the work, the standards and payment on a fixed date.
