What partners ask before they sign.
How much does the programme pay?
A commission on every transfer that is confirmed and carried out, calculated on the amount the client actually pays. The rate is agreed with you when you sign up: it depends on your volume and on the nature of your business. It is set out in black and white in your affiliate contract before your link goes live.
Is there a fee to join?
No. No registration fee, no subscription, no minimum volume. You earn nothing until you bring us something, and you lose nothing either.
How are my referrals attributed?
Through a link of your own and a 30-day cookie: if your visitor books within that window, the journey is credited to you, even if they come back later by another door. Partners who would rather have a code than a link — a hotel, a concierge service — are given one.
When am I paid?
Once the journey has been carried out and paid for: a booking that is cancelled or not honoured earns no commission. Payment is made by bank transfer, against an invoice or a self-billing statement depending on your status.
Is there anything I have to manage?
No. You recommend, we drive. The client books with Novalia, pays Novalia, and Novalia answers for the journey. You are never the payment intermediary, nor the party responsible for the transport.
What if I want a negotiated rate rather than a commission?
That is possible, and it often suits a hotel or an agency better: you get a trade rate and set the price shown to your client yourself. Say so on the form and we will point you to the business account.
