What rate do you apply to agencies?
The rate depends on volume and on zones. It is visible in your account before each confirmation: you know exactly what you pay, and what you invoice your client.
Can I book in the client’s name?
Yes. You give the passenger’s name and telephone number: it is the passenger the chauffeur contacts, and the passenger’s name that goes on the sign. The tracking link can go to the agency, to the client, or to both.
How does cancellation work?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full to the original payment method.
Do you offer an API connection?
Yes, for agencies that book regularly: quotes, bookings, cancellations and status tracking. Ask for the documentation in the form and we will provide a test key.
Do you work with inbound operators and DMCs?
Yes. Tell us your volumes and your zones: we build a dedicated grid, including for series bookings (groups, congresses, tours).
