Novalia’s founder still drives. Decisions are made by people who know the work from the inside — the hours, the waiting at the airport, what irritates a client.
The tools are our own
Website, operations console, dispatch, invoicing: all built in house. What is wrong gets fixed the same day, not in a software vendor’s next quarterly release.
A network, not a garage
Novalia operates in France and across Europe with selected partner fleets. The work is as much about holding a network together as it is about keeping cars on the road.
What we look for
An eye for detail, clear writing, and the instinct to tell people before they have to ask. The rest can be learnt.
What we will not do
No promise we cannot keep, to a client or to a candidate. Always a reply — even when the answer is no.

Are there any positions open at the moment?
No. There are no open positions at the moment. This page is the only reliable source: it is updated as soon as a vacancy opens, and we never advertise anywhere else without listing it here.
Can I send a speculative application?
Yes, and it is the right thing to do when nothing is open. We read every application and reply within 10 days, including to say no. Applications that interest us are kept, and we come back to them when a position opens.
I am a private hire chauffeur: is this where I apply?
No, that is a different door. Chauffeurs and fleets who want to work with Novalia go through the “Become a partner chauffeur” page: that is an independent partnership, not an employment contract.
Do I need a particular qualification?
No. We look at what you can do and at the way you explain it. Experience in transport, hospitality or client care counts for a lot, but it is not a requirement.
Do you work remotely?
Operations calls for a presence on the French Riviera, because it means knowing the ground. Product, engineering and marketing roles can be done remotely, with regular catch-ups.
