What we will not assume on your behalf
Parking nearby is at street level. No height barrier stands in the way, but capacity fills quickly on event nights: the drop-off point is worth more than the car park.
This is the most useful piece of information on this page, and also the hardest to find: it lives on the car park’s price list, not on the event’s “getting here” page. Our two van ranges — the First Class Van and the Standard Van — are raised passenger vehicles. State the number of passengers when you book: the range follows from that, and so does the drop-off point.
Where your chauffeur drops you
The Palais Nikaïa is on boulevard du Mercantour, in the CADAM district, on the Var plain. The operator publishes its distances: six minutes by car from Nice Airport, nine minutes by bus, ten minutes by tram. Of all the venues on this page, it is the closest to an airport.
The Des Pins car park adjoins the Palais: about 300 spaces at €5, open two and a half hours before the show. The CADAM car park, at 147 boulevard du Mercantour, adds about 429 spaces, and Parcazur Charles-Ehrmann offers a “ticket Culture” at €5 on show nights. Bays reserved for people with reduced mobility are available.
No height limit is published for these car parks. They present themselves as surface car parks, but we will not write that down as a verified fact: if you are travelling by van, say so, and your chauffeur checks the access rather than committing under a barrier.
The real difficulty with a six-thousand-seat venue is not getting there, it is leaving. The end of a concert empties the forecourt in minutes; a car booked in advance, waiting at an agreed point, pulls away before the queue forms. This is the one case where booking the return at the same time as the outward journey genuinely changes your evening.
