Ships alongside

Your disembarkation, and where we meet you

Ships berth alongside, on the môle Léon-Gourret. Access to all of terminals A, B, C, D and E is through a single point: PORTE 4, off the A55 coastal motorway, exit 5 “Les Ports”. There is no other entrance: an address reading “port de Marseille” without mention of Porte 4 leads nowhere.

The terminal car park is reserved for cruise passengers — not for passengers on the Corsica and North Africa ferries — and overnight parking is forbidden. A green line painted on the ground leads to the terminals, a five to twelve minute walk from the ships.

If access to Porte 4 is saturated on a call day, the safest fallback point is 9 quai du Lazaret, place de la Joliette, between Les Terrasses du Port and the ferry terminal: that is where the free call-day shuttle sets down and picks up, and there is a taxi rank. Your chauffeur waits for you there rather than circling inside the port area.

Do not confuse it with Cap Janet: that terminal, rebuilt for the North Africa services, is not the cruise terminal. The second cruise site, terminal J4, is in the city centre, on boulevard Jacques-Saadé.
